Troubleshooting when connecting your Store

In the unlikely event of seeing errors while connecting your store please check the following: 

  • Are you on Shopify trial and has it expired?
  • Has your Shopify account been suspended/canceled?
  • Have you deleted the Gooten app from Shopify?
  • Is your Shopify store already connected to a different Gooten account?
  • Is your pop-up/ad block extension turned off?
  • Has the name of your Shopify or Etsy store changed?
  • Are you using API? Please check if there are any open issues occurring on the store' provider.
