In the unlikely event of seeing errors while connecting your store please check the following:
- Are you on Shopify trial and has it expired?
- Has your Shopify account been suspended/canceled?
- Have you deleted the Gooten app from Shopify?
- Is your Shopify store already connected to a different Gooten account?
- Is your pop-up/ad block extension turned off?
- Has the name of your Shopify or Etsy store changed?
- Are you using API? Please check if there are any open issues occurring on the store' provider.
