Learn how to track your orders in Gooten quickly!
Once your order is produced, it will be shipped, and you'll receive a tracking link.
Please allow up to 72 hours for a tracking link to be available after your order ships. You will not receive a tracking link while your order is in pre-production or production.
If you haven't received a tracking link after waiting 72 hours, you can contact our support team, and we will look into getting it to you.
Please be aware that tracking for international packages may not always be reliable, as international tracking is limited.

1. Select your individual order.
2. If your order status is Shipped, click on the Shipment tab.
3. Click on the tracking link provided for your shipped item.
- Doing this will take you to the page where you can track your shipped order.
