Below is a list and explanation for the various statuses when viewing your orders in the Gooten Admin:

Order statuses before Production
| Order Status | Status Description |
| New | The order was just submitted. This status will last for a few seconds to a minute at most. |
| Needs Personalization |
The order is kept in this status until the merchant makes the desired changes and pushes it into production. These changes may involve image adjustments, address corrections/updates, item cancelations, etc. If you wish to offer personalizable products through Etsy, Shopify, or WooCommerce, NeedsPersonalization is a way to go. You can enable this feature in your Fulfillment tab on your Settings page by checking the enable box for the Hold Items For Personalization section.

| Ready For Image Dl | This is a status for each order that goes through. It means that the image is ready to be downloaded. Depending on the size of the image, sometimes it may take a couple of minutes longer for the design to parse. During this time, our system is generating the submitted images. |
| Needs Manual Approval |
Orders are being held for review by the Gooten Support Team to ensure your images meet our specifications and will print correctly. Our team will check your images for incorrect cropping, poor quality, aspect ratio errors, and transparent areas, and we'll address issues before releasing them to production. If we find an issue, we'll place your order on hold and reach out via email.

| Pending |
The order is in a waiting period to allow you to make some changes still such as updating the address, changing images, and canceling the order. The waiting period can last between 0 and 99 hours, and you may change this in your Fulfillment tab on the Settings page. The order is sent to production automatically at the end of the pending period.

| Test | You may switch your orders to this status at any time you are placing an order as a test through our API or via the Custom Order Form. |
| Hold | The order has been placed on hold by you or Gooten's Partner Support Team due to an issue. Whenever the order is placed on hold by our team, you will be notified about the issue via email. If you placed an order on hold, it cannot be moved to production unless you reach out to our Partner Support Team. |
| Cancelled |
The order has been cancelled, and this is usually done by you updating this status.

| Discontinued Item |
The order contains a product that is no longer available in our Product Catalog. In most cases, we will cancel these orders, but if a possible substitute/routing option is available, the Partner Support Team will contact you. |
| Out of Stock Item |
The order contains a product that is temporarily out of stock from our Product Catalog. Similar to the Discontinued Item Status, we will cancel these orders, but if a possible substitute/routing option is available, the Partner Support Team will contact you. |
| Ready For Accounting | Your order is in a queue for security checking and processing. The payment will be processed shortly. |
| Ready For Print |
This status exists briefly between Pending or Needs Manual Approval and In Production/Printing. This essentially means that the order has been paid for and is on the way to production. |
Order statuses: In Production and Post-production

| In Production | The order has been sent to the manufacturer for production. |
| Printing |
The manufacturer has received the order and is printing it.

| Billed Refunded |
The order was not produced, or it was pulled from shipping, and a refund was issued. |
| Shipped | The manufacturer has shipped the order. You can see the current status of the order in the Shipment tab in each of your shipped orders. |
| Out For Delivery | The order is on the vehicle for delivery. |
| Delivered | The order has been delivered to the specified shipping address. |

Order statuses for Order Issues

| Order Status | Status Description |
| Image Issue | There is a problem with the submitted image, and we cannot push the order to production unless the issue is resolved. |
| Hold By Image Issue |
Items with this status are part of an order that has one or more other items in the Image Issue status. Those items are supposed to be produced by the same vendor and cannot go through to production until all image issues are resolved. |
| Address Issue |
We were unable to verify the customer’s address because our system raised an address validation error.

| Order Data Issue |
The order is missing either a first or last name, or an unsupported country has been selected for the order. The order cannot be pushed to production unless the issue is resolved. |
| Vendor API Issue |
There was a problem connecting to the manufacturer’s API.

| Shipping Issue | There was a problem with shipping this order. For details, please open the tracking link on the Shipment tab for your individual order. |
