Customily offers a complete set of tools to personalise your print-on-demand product offerings. It offers text personalisation, clipart options, image and vector upload, and map personalisation. Its sophisticated design capabilities allow businesses to remove image backgrounds with AI, cartoonize or apply image filters, or apply realistic textures.
This feature is available for Shopify and Etsy sellers.
How does it work?
Just follow these simple steps:

Install Customily through your Shopify store using this LINK
- or subscribe here if you’re selling on Etsy
- Once in the Customily App, go to the Store / Settings / Integrations tab.
- Select Gooten and click on Enable Integration.
- Scroll down and copy the corresponding API Key (you will find it on your Settings page in Gooten's dashboard)
- The Recipe ID is located in Customily under the label "API Key," and the Partner Billing Key field is referred to as "API Signature." Please ensure that you enter both keys.

Save Settings!
- Now go back to Customily 2.0 (START BUTTON ON THE LEFT MENU)
- Go to CREATE NEW PRODUCT.
- Choose Gooten as your POD provider.

Pick a product from Gooten’s catalogue. The only available products are:
- Gildan 5000
- Gildan 18500
- White Mug
- Poster
- Canvas Wraps
- Minky Blankets
- Desk Mats
- Can Glasses With Bamboo Lid and Straw
- Acrylic Tumblers
- Premium Puzzles
Limitations:

- Maximum Number of Variations Allowed on Shopify: 100
- Maximum Number of Variations Allowed on Etsy: 70
- Right now, you can only pick one Print Area - Center Front.
- Pick a design from Customily’s library (or create your own)
- If you already have a PSD File, you can import it in the section My Designs or create layers in Customily.
- Edit the product (if needed).
- Publish it and Start selling.
- Once a customer makes a purchase, the order will be automatically sent to Gooten for fulfilment.
Your product will be synced at the moment the first order is made. Once you create a first order for that product, it will be visible in Product Hub as published. However, every order should be submitted from your store for a successful Customily experience.

When the product is ordered for the first time, Gooten will reject the request and make a retry. That action will not happen when the product is ordered every other time because it will be synced. (A product in the Product Hub is needed, so your orders are not rejected once submitted.)
- The order will be received on the Gooten dashboard with the NeedsPersonalization status. You do not need to update the order or change its status.
- After the design is processed (about 30 minutes after the order was submitted), Customily will automatically update the design image, and the order will be moved to production.
