Learn how to connect your TikTok store and use Gooten with your TikTok shop!
Connecting your TikTok shop is quick and easy. Please follow the steps below:
1. To add the store via the Gooten platform, go to your Product Hub page and click the Connect button.
2. Then, you'll be redirected to your TikTok account and prompted to allow Gooten to access it.
3. Select your account type to start the authorisation process. Choose US:
Gooten requires you to turn off your pop-up blocker when connecting your TikTok shop with us. The installation button will prompt a pop-up window to appear. Once you connect your store, you can turn the pop-up blocker back on. Instructions on how to disable the pop-up blocker can be found here.
Create new products
Once your store is connected to Gooten, you can create new products in the Product Hub.
Start by clicking the Add New Product button, and work through the Product and Design pages until you reach the last step on the Product Details page.

You can edit the product name, description, SKUs, and prices before publishing them to your TikTok shop.
Make sure that the checkbox for your TikTok shop is marked.
Publishing your product
Let's examine how a TikTok shop defines its product status.
- Pending—When the product is first created, it will stay in the Pending status. Go to your TikTok shop Seller's Centre and wait a few seconds for the product to sync. After that, it will be synced, and you should be all set.
- Published—When the product is Live in your TikTok shop Seller's Centre, it will appear as Published in Product Hub.
Edit/ Deactivate products
Please allow approximately 30 minutes for any updates to take effect. During this period, do not add any new products or place new orders to ensure the changes are properly implemented.
Setting up shipping
The shipping type is Ship by Seller. When setting up new TikTok shops, sellers must choose the longest handling time available and “Economy” shipping, NOT “Standard” shipping. This will ensure orders will be delivered within the required timeframe.
You need to complete the shipping fees template before uploading products; otherwise, a reminder will appear when uploading the product.
Steps:
- From your TikTok Shop Seller Center, Click My Account > Seller Profile to go to the Seller Profile Page.
- From the Seller Profile Page, click Warehouse/Pickup Address.
3. Set up your pickup warehouse and return warehouse address.
- Under “Pickup Warehouse”, click Add Warehouse.
- Enter the following address:
- Warehouse Name: Add Gooten Warehouse
- Contact Person: Add your name
- Phone Number: Add your phone number
- Address: 790 Bloomfield Ave, Suite C-3, Clifton, NJ 07012
- Shipping regions: select “United States” (all states)
Please note that you can enter whatever address you want for the return warehouse since Gooten does not accept returned orders, but it should be set up.
- Click Save.
- Go to Orders > Shipping Templates and create a new shipping template. From the Shipping Template Page, click Create New Template. You can also copy then modify existing templates by selecting the "No, I want to copy the content from" option
6. Set up the shipping information in your shipping template. Choose the option Quantity-based and use flat rates.
7. After that, go to Shipping > Shipping options on your TikTok Dashboard and select Seller shipping.
